Terms And Conditions (T&C) And Participation Rules

Scholarship Application Statement:

I hereby declare that my application for the Talent Get Scouted Scholarship Program is submitted under the following conditions:

1. Introduction

This document outlines the participation rules for the Talent Get Scouted Scholarship Program ( hereinafter: the Program). The purpose of the Program is to provide talented football players with the opportunity to train at a football academy in Spain.

2. Application fee

I will pay the required registration fee in the specified amount to participate in the program, and by doing so, I accept the terms and conditions.

3. How The Program Works

         -The program is funded through application fees and sponsorship contributions.                     -Applicants must pay an application fee as part of the online registration process.             -At regular intervals, the organizers select one scholarship recipient who receives full support for attending the academy.

4. Eligibility Criteria

                                            -Applicant must be at least 16 years old.                                                                   -Applicant must be submitted online and include an introduction video.                  -Once the application fee is paid, the applicant is automatically included in the selection process.

5. Selection Process

                              -The scholarship recipient is chosen by the organizers.                                                                           -The decision is final and cannot be appealed.                                              -The selected recipient will receive full financial support for the designated period.

6. Financial Terms

                                          -The application fee is non-refundable.                                                     -The scholarship covers accommondation, meals, and training expenses (academy fee), but may not include airfare and other personal costs.

7. Additional Conditions

                     -The organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions.                               -The scholarship recipient agrees to comply with all program rules during their stay.       -During their stay at the academy, recipients must adhere to the academy’s rules and                                             regulations, which will be provided by the academy.                                                  -The organizers are not responsible for injuries or any unforeseen events.

8. Lability And Rights

By submitting my application, I agree that the Program may use my provided information for the scholarship selection process. Participation in the program is voluntary, and by accepting the program’s terms, I waive any legal claims regarding its administration.

9. Taxation And Other Potential Costs

The scholarship provided through this program may be considered a non-cash benefit (e.g., travel, accomodation,training), which could be subject to taxation in certain countries. The organizers are not responsible for any tax liabilities or additional costs (e.g., gift tax, reporting obligations) that may arise from accepting the scholarship. It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to inquire about the applicable laws in their country of residence or tax advisor if necessary before accepting the scholarship.
